### How to reflect transfers in Carta LLC

1. Go to **Cap table** _→_ **Interests and interest types** _._

2. Click the row tools button to the right of the applicable interest's row and select **Transfer**.

3. Gather the listed information. Click **Next**.

4. Select the _Transfer date_ and _Transfer reason_. Click **Next**.

5. Input the _Transfer Quantity, Transfer cost (per unit),_ and _Recipient_. Click **Next**.

6. If applicable, enter the _Capital to Transfer_ details. **If the transfer cost does not apply, enter 0**.

7. Add _Invested capital amount, Compounding period, Accrual period, Accrual rate, Accrual start date, Principle amount,_ and _Day count conversion_. Click **Next**.

8. Review the details and click **Transfer interests** to complete the action.
