How to manage LLC interest holders

Interest holders are the individuals and organizations that hold an equity interest in the entity. Although interest holders are automatically created upon interest issuance, interest holders can also be added manually in Carta.

Carta LLC users with Full administrator permissions can:

• View all existing holders
• Create new records for individuals and non-individuals
• Edit existing interest holders
