### Exporting Carta’s IPO Report Bundle

An IPO demands meticulous preparation to ensure a company’s governance, finances, and internal protocols comply with the high regulatory standards for selling shares to the public. The journey to listing day often takes months or years, with the most arduous and time-consuming part of the process being the financial and cap table audit.

Recognizing the critical need for thorough preparation, Carta now offers a comprehensive bundle of IPO readiness reports. This streamlines the preparation required for the audit and S-1 drafting by consolidating applicable reports in one location and allowing a one-click bulk download.

### Where do I find the IPO report bundle?

Navigate to _Essentials_ then _Run reports._ Search for the report name or use the **Filter** drop down to filter by _IPO Reports_, click the three dots to the right and select **Export**.

### What does the bundle contain?

The IPO report bundle packages three different sets of IPO relevant reports: _Equity Reports, Valuation Reports_ and _Financial Reports_. These may be downloaded by clicking on **Export** all in the upper right, or by clicking on **Export** under each individual set.

Carta **_only_** exports the available data sets from the company. If _Valuation Reports_ or _Financial Reporting_ are not included in the company's subscription, they will _not_ be exported.

**Equity Reports**: These reports include all IPO-relevant equity info recorded in Carta from the beginning of the cap table to the selected date. There will be a banner at the top of this section in cases where data checks may impact equity numbers.

**Financial Reports**: This set includes all stock-based compensation expense and minimum disclosure reports for the latest scenario, listed by their most recent close date with the newest reports appearing first. Any reports for prior scenarios will not be reflected on this report.

**Valuation Reports**: This set compiles all valuations prepared by Carta during your company's lifecycle with Carta. It will also flag valuations that Carta is aware of, but did not prepare.
