The Cap Table Calculator can help investors quickly determine their expected ownership after the conversion of a SAFE or a Convertible Note. This can be useful if a SAFE or Note hasn’t converted yet but you want to model a future conversion for this security. This calculator can also be accessed from within your fund, or within your investment so you can save various conversion scenarios for your deal.

To access this calculator,

• Go to Cap Tables from your sidebar
• Click on + Add Cap Table and select an investment that you are modeling a cap table scenario for
• Follow the steps on the next page to import a current cap table, define SAFEs or Notes, model a next round for Fund Forecasting to generate a pro-forma cap table automatically
