Manual collection

Carta LP Portfolio Analytics provides manual coverage for portals that do not allow document collection via API or any alternative automated channels.

Service accounts

• Carta LP Portfolio Analytics must be added as an authorized party for each GP relationship
• Carta LP Portfolio Analytics will provide an email of the format serviceaccount+n@accelextech.com.
  Please contact Carta LP Portfolio Analytics support for the 10-digit number n, which is unique to your tenant
• This email must be added as a user on all portals from which manual document collection is required

The configuration of this service account allows Carta LP Portfolio Analytics to:

• Maintain passwords
• Manage MFA requirements
• Receive notifications for new documents

All documents will be manually collected and placed within the document feed.
