When you log into Carta Fund Administration, you want to know exactly where to focus your attention.

We believe you should have direct visibility into your account from the moment you sign in. That's why we’ve introduced Spotlight, a new section on your dashboard that highlights your most important tasks.

Your most important work, consolidated

Spotlight is designed to serve as your daily launchpad, consolidating key fund administration activity across all of your entities in one place. Instead of checking each entity separately, you now get a customized view that shows only the information relevant to your account. Each item appears as a clickable tile—just select a tile to jump directly to the page you need and keep tasks moving.

Prioritization logic ensures the most important information appears first, and when there’s nothing relevant, the Spotlight section is hidden.

Move faster on capital activity

For every fund, money movement is a time-sensitive and detail-dependent task. Spotlight presents a shortlist of actionable items, so you can:

Visibility and control in action

By surfacing what matters most and cutting the path to action down to a click, Spotlight gives users direct access to their fund information and a self-serve way to keep critical tasks moving. Log in, see what’s next, and get it done—right from your dashboard.

New feature: Spotlight

Spotlight sorts and surfaces your most important account activity so you can stay on top of deadlines.
