### Request Parameters

#### issuerId
- **Type**: string
- **Required**: Yes
- **Description**: The identifier of the issuer whose fair market values are being retrieved.

#### pageSize
- **Type**: int32
- **Description**: The maximum number of fair market values to return. The service may return fewer than this value.
  - If unspecified, at most 25 fair market values will be returned.
  - The maximum value is 50; values above 50 will be coerced to 50.

#### pageToken
- **Type**: string
- **Description**: A page token received as `nextPageToken` in a previous List Fair Market Values response. Provide this to retrieve the subsequent page.
  - When paginating, all other parameters must be kept consistent with those used in the request where the page token was obtained.

- **Description**: The response from the List Fair Market Values endpoint.

##### fairMarketValues
- **Type**: array of objects
- **Description**: The fair market values from the specified issuer.

###### fairMarketValues object
- **Description**: The fair market value contains the accepted values of an issuer's stock, specified on a per-share class basis. These values come from the 409A reports that Carta has for the issuer.

- **Description**: The fair market valuation price for a share class.

### Next Page Token
- Submit the `nextPageToken` string as `pageToken` in a subsequent request to retrieve the next page.
- If the List Fair Market Values response omits `nextPageToken`, then there are no subsequent pages.
