The requested option grant issued by the specified issuer.

• id: string, length ≤ 50, The identifier of the option grant.
• securityId: string, length ≤ 50, The UUID of the option grant. Use this to cross-reference with the List Transactions API.
• shareClassId: string, length ≤ 50, The UUID of the share class for this option grant. May be absent if there is no associated share class.
• vestingScheduleTemplateId: string, length ≤ 50, The UUID of the vesting schedule template used by this option grant. May be absent if the grant has no vesting schedule.
• issuerId: string, length ≤ 50, The identifier of the issuer that issued the option grant.
• stakeholderId: string, length ≤ 50, The identifier of the stakeholder that holds the option grant.
• equityIncentivePlanName: string, length ≤ 100, The name of the equity incentive plan (i.e., option plan) associated with this option grant.
• issueDate: object, The date the option grant was issued.
• vestingStartDate: object, The date the option grant began vesting.
• boardApprovalDate: object, The date the option grant received board approval.
• stakeholderAcceptanceDate: object, The date the option grant was accepted by the stakeholder.
• canceledDate: object, The date when this option grant was canceled.
• grantExpirationDate: object, The expiration date of the option grant (commonly 10 years from the grant issuance date).
• lastExercisableDate: object, The last date the stakeholder can exercise the option grant.
• disqualificationDate: object, The date this option grant became disqualified.
• isoNsoSplit: boolean, True if the grant has ISO/NSO split. False otherwise.
• stockOptionType: string, enum, The stock option type at time of issuance.
• quantity: object, The total number of options in the grant.

• vestingEvents: array of objects, The list of all vesting events associated with this grant.
• exercises: array of objects, The list of all exercises associated with this grant.
• vestingSchedule: object, The vesting schedule information associated with the restricted stock award.
• lastModifiedDatetime: object, The date and time when the option grant was last modified.
