Parameters

• firmId
  string
  required
  The identifier of the firm.

• fundId
  string
  required
  The identifier of the fund or - to list convertible notes across all funds under the firm specified by firm_id.

• investmentId
  string
  required
  The identifier of the investment or - to list convertible notes across all company investments under the fund specified by firmId and fundId.

• asOfDate
  string
  Deprecated
  Return convertible notes with issue dates on or after this date, specified as an ISO 8601 extended format calendar date, i.e. 'YYYY-MM-DD'.

• pageSize
  int32
  The maximum number of convertible notes to return. The service may return fewer than this value.

If unspecified, at most 25 convertible notes will be returned.

The maximum value is 100; values above 100 will be coerced to 100.

• pageToken
  string
  A page token received as nextPageToken in a previous ListConvertibleNotes response. Provide this to retrieve the subsequent page.

  The length of time over which the interest due to the lender is calculated.

  The interest compounding period of the convertible note.

• dayCountBasis

  The standardized way of counting the number of days between two dates.

• priceCap
  object
  The valuation cap sets a maximum value at which a convertible security will convert into equity in the financing round.

• discountPercentage
  object
  The discount applied to the price per share when the note holder will purchase shares in the next fundraising round. 1 represents 1%.

• changeInControlPercent
  object
  Denotes any premium or multiplier applied to the cash_paid in the event of a change in control prior to the maturity date. 1 represents 1%.

• conversionTrigger
  object
  For convertibles to convert into the next equity round, terms may be included that specify that the round be of a certain size for the convertible to convert.

• canceledQuantity
  object
  The quantity of shares in this convertible note that were canceled.

• nextPageToken
  string
  Submit the nextPageToken string as pageToken in a subsequent request to retrieve the next page. If the ListConvertibleNotes response omits nextPageToken, then there are no subsequent pages.
