Terminating Employees and extending their exercise or vesting schedule

I am new to CARTA. We occasionally have employees who, upon termination of employment, are converted to consultant status, and, as part of that agreement, we may extend the period during which they can vest or exercise their options or shares. How would I process that? Is there an order of operations to handle terminating, extending vest or exercise periods, etc?

Hey Brandy Hackwell! Good question. You can terminate stakeholders under the Manage Stakeholders page on the left-hand menu in Carta. Upon termination you can change the relationship to consultant.
