Stakeholder Audit

I have been asked to audit some of our stakeholders. I am new to Carta and need to know how best to run an audit. It should include reviewing their contact information, employment status (active, terminated), employment type (employee, consultant, investor, etc.), the number of options they have been issued, the shares available, the vesting percentage, and the vesting timeframe. Pretty much everything, and comparing it against our BOD resolutions. Is there training on this kind of thing? Reports I can run that will provide me with a full stakeholder view? etc…?

There are a number of reports you can use to help with your audit. Stakeholder ownership details, stakeholder contact spreadsheet and ISO/NSO Vesting Report are a few that sound like what you need.

The Equity Plan Granted report would be helpful as well. 👍

Thank you both! I will give those a try.

I typically run the Cap Table reports. I like to review the 2012 Stock Plan Ledger as it has lots of details and depending on the company's history, you can see lots of details: Repricings, Last to Date to Exercise, Post Termination Exercise Period, Exercises, Cancellations and if anyone add notes to grants.
